We have two options: Credit card/ Debit card (via Stripe) and Bank Transfer

Once you have placed your order successfully we will send you an order acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your order and this email will also contain further instructions for payment. We will ask to use a payment method (credit or debit card - via Stripe) or Bank transfer.


Once your order has been accepted and processed we will send you a dispatch notification email confirming that your product(s) have shipped. This email will also contain carrier and tracking information as well as estimated delivery dates.

We aim to contact you via email if:

we require further information from you to process your order.
we need to make changes to your order (e.g. cancel an order, refund, etc...).
we encounter problems during delivery.


Diamonds: 4 days after receipt of payment.
Jewellery (on-demand): approx. 20-30 days after receipt of payment - some item 4 days after receipt of payment.
